Quotes and orders

Quotes are subject to product availability, confirmation of delivery details and acceptance by Corium Designs. Prices, VAT, delivery costs, lead times and any other applicable charges will be confirmed before an order is accepted. Online checkout may be introduced in the future; any online order will require payment in full when the order is placed, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Delivery

We will confirm delivery arrangements and estimated lead times with your order. Please inspect goods promptly on delivery and tell us as soon as possible if there is visible damage, a shortage or an incorrect item.

Returns and cancellations

If you change your mind, you are responsible for the reasonable cost of returning goods, provided we have told you this before the contract is made. Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and suitably packaged. We may not accept returns of bespoke, personalised or specially ordered goods unless they are faulty.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights. Consumers buying at a distance usually have a right to cancel eligible goods within 14 days of delivery and then return them within a further 14 days. If goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet legal requirements, we will provide the remedies required by law and cover reasonable return costs where applicable.
