Sales, delivery & returns

Quotes and orders

We accept orders from both consumers and business customers. Quotes and orders are subject to product availability, confirmation of delivery details and acceptance by Corium Designs. Prices, VAT, delivery costs, lead times and any other applicable charges will be confirmed before an order is accepted. Online checkout may be introduced in the future; any online order will require payment in full when the order is placed, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Delivery

Standard mainland UK delivery is free when the goods subtotal is £75 or more excluding VAT (£90 including VAT). For orders below that threshold, standard mainland UK delivery is £7.95 excluding VAT (£9.54 including VAT). Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and other areas outside standard mainland UK coverage may require a separate quote, which we will confirm before accepting the order.

For in-stock goods, estimated delivery is 1–3 working days after we accept the order. If an item is unavailable, specially ordered or subject to a different lead time, we will tell you before accepting the order. Please inspect goods promptly on delivery and tell us as soon as possible if there is visible damage, a shortage or an incorrect item.

Consumer cancellations and returns

If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you may cancel an eligible order without giving a reason within 14 days after the goods are delivered. After telling us that you are cancelling, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.

For a non-faulty change-of-mind return, you are responsible for arranging and paying the return carriage. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may make a deduction only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. No 20% restocking fee applies to consumer change-of-mind returns.

Cancellation rights may not apply to bespoke or personalised goods, perishable goods, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Business customer returns

For a purchase made wholly or mainly for business purposes, non-faulty returns require our prior written approval. Unless we agree otherwise, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery, arrange and pay for return carriage, and return the goods unused, unopened, complete and in resalable condition. An approved non-faulty business return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Bespoke, personalised and specially ordered goods cannot normally be returned unless faulty.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If goods are faulty, not as described, damaged in transit or supplied incorrectly, contact us promptly. We will provide the remedies required by law and arrange or cover reasonable return costs where applicable. No restocking fee applies.
